UDHR Stands for Universal Declarations of Human Rights, This is a declaration adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in 1948.
The declaration is the first part of the international Bill of Human Rights, and it sets out the fundamental human rights of every human beings.

(1) Function of NAFDAC
(i) Regulatory Function:- NAFDAC regulates and controls the importation and exportation of foods and drugs.
(ii) Control of Manufacturers:- NAFDAC controls manufacturers of foods and drugs for them to be able to meet the requirements of good manufacturing in terms of food and drugs.
(iii) Registration Function:- NAFDAC takes up the task of registration of products under health service.
(iv) Inspection and investigation function:- NAFDAC inspects every imported and exported product under her ministry to meet her requirements and also goes round production premises to investigate neatness of the environment.
(v) Banning and Destruction Function:- NAFDAC is responsible for the banning and destruction of products under her ministry which do not merit her requirements or not registered.
(2) Function of NDLEA
(i) Co-ordination function:- NDLEA coordinates all drugs laws. that is, the body act as government’s watchdog over all drug laws.
(ii) Enforcement function:- NDLEA enforces punishments and control on any person or authority conferred against all drug laws.
(iii) Eradication Function:- NDLEA eradicates illicit cultivation of narcotic plants throughout he federation.
(iv) Elimination Function:- The body eliminates all forms of illicit demand for narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances throughout the federation.
(v) Security Function:- NDLEA performs policing functions on dealers of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances
